ELIGIBILITY

Rwandans and foreigners living or who have lived in Rwanda are eligible to apply for a Criminal Record Certificate (Police Clearance). This certificate is valid for 6 months.

REQUIREMENTS

For Rwandans

1. Copy of Rwandan ID

For Foreigners

1. Passport copy (when you were/are in Rwanda)

2. Copy of visa (when you were/are in Rwanda)

3. Headshot photo

4. Passport copy (current)

FEE

USD 30 for the application. An additional USD 10 for applicants applying from outside Singapore for bank charges.

All payments must be made by bank transfer to the bank account of the High Commission as per below, or via cash if submission is in person.
