To apply, simply go to the Irembo online services portal.

Nationals of all countries receive visa upon arrival at Kigali International Airport and all land borders

Applications may be submitted online through the IREMBO e-service portal or with assistance from an authorised IREMBO agent.

Go to irembo.gov.rw → Foreign Affairs Consular Services → Follow the Steps.

To apply for a tax exemption, visit irembo.gov.rw and follow the instructions under “Tax Exemption on Personal Belongings...”

Apply for a Proof of Life certificate via irembo.gov.rw → Identification.

To apply for a single Status Certificate, just head over to the Irembo website.

Go to irembo.gov.rw → Birth Services → Birth Certificate → Follow the Steps.

If you are a Rwandan student or living abroad, you can register online via the Rwandan Community Abroad website.

Applicants are required to apply for the Rwandan National ID (Indangamuntu) via the IREMBO e-service platform by following the steps provided below:
