ELIGIBILITY

Rwandans living outside Rwanda.

REQUIREMENTS

Written request to the High Commission with personal details including full name, full name of both parents, date and place of birth, address of current residence and contact details. Provide supporting documents, if any.

Written confirmation from a representative of the Rwanda Community Abroad (RCA) in the country or region of residence.

FEE

Free of charge.

TO APPLY

Send a written request to the High Commission with copies of supporting documents. Once approved, the applicant will receive a copy of the Life Certificate via email.
