ELIGIBILITY

Documents from Rwanda or for use in Rwanda. Documents include Power of Attorney, Letter of Authorisation, Company Resolution and Certificate of being single issued outside Singapore.

REQUIREMENTS

Written request to the High Commission, along with the document to be notarized and all supporting documents.

FEE

USD 30 for the application. Additional USD 10 for applicants applying from outside Singapore for bank charges. Additional SGD 70 for delivery charges to MINAFFET in Kigali, Rwanda via DHL.

All payments must be made by bank transfer to bank account of the High Commission as per below, or via cash if submission is in person.

TO APPLY

Send a written request to the High Commission with copies of the documents to be notarized. Once approved for notarisation, payment will be collected and the documents can be sent or brought to the High Commission to be notarized. If submitting in-person, kindly make an appointment with the High Commission.
